Shipping methods and deadlines
The deadlines indicated below are calculated from Monday to Friday and may be altered by local or national holidays. If the chosen payment method is bank transfer, these deadlines may be modified, since the order will be sent when said transfer is effective.
On designated dates such as Christmas, Three Kings, long weekends or special promotions (Black Friday,...), we do not guarantee that delivery will be made on time, due to the volume of merchandise of the transport agencies.
oringsuspensiones.com reserves the right to modify delivery times and type of shipping without prior notice in the case of large orders or special cases.
In no case will shipments be made to post office boxes.
Shipments to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)
Free shipping with pickup in our stores
You can pick up your order in our stores and save on shipping. You just have to check this option when indicating the delivery address of your order. That easy.
Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a confirmation via email. Likewise, we will send you an email when your order is already at the collection point you selected, so that you can pick it up. Remember, if the chosen payment method is bank transfer, the order will not be shipped until we have bank confirmation of the transfer.
Remember that you must indicate your Order number when collecting it, otherwise they will not be able to deliver it to you and provide documentation to identify you.
Attention: With this option payment by cash on delivery is not allowed.
Home delivery

Shipments to Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)
For this type of shipments, select as Country: Spain (Canary Islands), Spain (Ceuta), Spain (Melilla).
VAT (21%) will not be charged on sales to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, however the customs system will apply the corresponding tax charges. In no case will we be able to determine the amount of taxes to be paid by the customer upon receiving their order since, in the case of the Canary Islands for example, it depends on the "IG.I.C" and "Canary Islands customs".

Attention: For Madeira and Azores, select Portugal (Azores, Madeira) as the country. Shipping cost €6 (up to 3 Kg), from 3 Kg onwards calculated based on weight.

The shipping cost will depend on the final weight of the order.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, the return period is extended to 90 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order. (Offering our clients a period longer than the legal period of 14 days according to art. 102 and 104, of R.D.L. 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws).
To make the return you must send us the product in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including guarantees, labels and instructions for use. Shipping the return to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.
It is very important that you return the products perfectly packaged. If the products are damaged due to inappropriate packaging, we will not accept returns. The return of DVDs or electronics will not be accepted if they lack the intact original blister or seal.
Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, oringsuspensiones.com will accept the return of the product and the amount will be refunded according to the payment method made:
If you made the payment on delivery or by transfer, we will ask you for an account number to pay the amount.

Note: You will receive a refund of the amount within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned product in our warehouse. Keep in mind that if you paid by credit card, your bank may not show you the refund amount on your balance until the following month.

Right to withdrawal:
The buyer has the right to withdraw from his purchase within 14 days of receiving the order as long as he communicates within said period, directly through the usual means of contact published on our website.
There are exceptions to the right of withdrawal contemplated in art. 103 of the TRLGDCU.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, but if your original order had shipping costs, it will always be returned to you in the standard shipping cost option.
